Mobility: Hamstrings/Shoulders/ Ankles

 In Teams of Two Complete the Following:

30 min. AMRAP
200 Meter Run
20 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
20 Wall Balls (20/14)

Partners alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time.
Partner A will run 400 meters, Partner B will perform 30 Box Jump Overs, Partner A will perform 20 Wall Balls, then Partner B will run 400 meters – and so on for 30 minutes.
