1 200m Run
2 OHS (95/65)
3 Power Snatch (95/65)
4 Pullups
5 Front Squats (95/65)
6 Power Cleans (95/65)
7 Burpees
8 T2B
9 OH HR Pushups
10 Lateral Bar Hop Overs
11 Deadlifts (95/65)
12 S2OH (95/65)

There are 12 total rounds with one new movement being added each round.
1 200m Run
2 OHS, 1 200m Run
3 Power Snatch, 2 OHS, 1 200m run
4 Pullups, 3 Power Snatch, 2 OHS, 1 200m run.... and so on until you start with 12 S2OH and finish with the 200m Run.
