In Teams of Two (or Three) Complete the Following:

3000m Row (4500m)
200 Box Jump Overs (300) (24/20)
100 Thrusters (150) (95/65)
1 mile run together (time is called or can move to next exercise when both partners are in the door)

*Partners can start at any exercise but must be done in order, i.e., 800m run into 3000m Row
