Bench Press
*must partner and spot on Bench Press

Part C: Not For Time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Pushups
Barbell Bicep Curls
Partner 1 performs 10 pushups then Partner 2 performs 10 pushups. Partner 1 performs 10 Barbell Bicep Curls then Partner 2 performs 10 Barbell Bicep curls and so on.
