In Teams of Two complete the following For Time:
2000m row while other partner holds the top of Deadlift (225/155)

100 T2B while other partner holds Front Rack Pos. (135/95)

100 Burpees while other partner holds bottom of Front Squat (95/65)

Can start at any couplet
Must complete all reps of exercise before moving to next couplet
Weights must change for each movement

Flexibility: Lower Back/Ant. Hips/Hamstrings
