Mobility: Hips/T-Spine

Part A: 10 min. EMOM
4 Back Squat @ 70-75% of 1RM

Part B: 4 Sets Not For Time:
10 1-Arm DB Row (each)
10-15 Pull Ups*
We are looking for a big set of Unbroken Pull Ups (band if necessary). If you can do 10-15 pull ups easily do a big set of C2B. 

Part C: "NIFTY FIFTY"
For Time*:
50 SDLHP (95/65)
50 Lateral Bar Hop Overs (over and back = 1)
50 Burpees
*Break up reps as needed
