In teams of two complete the following:

Part A: 12 min. AMRAP
1 KB Russian Swing/KB Goblet Squat (1.5/1) each
2 KB Russian Swing/KB Goblet Squat each
3 KB Russian Swing/KB Goblet Squat each
4 KB Russian Swing/KB Goblet Squat each
5 KB Russian Swing/KB Goblet Squat each

rest 3 mins into

Part B: 12 min. AMRAP
1 Burpee Box Jump (24/20) each
2 Burpee Box Jump each
3 Burpee Box Jump each
4 Burpee Box Jump each
5 Burpee Box Jump each

ONCE YOU BOTH HAVE COMPLETED THE 5 REPS, THAT IS ONE ROUND.  Start round two by having both athletes completing 1 rep and continue again.
