Mobility: Shoulders/Squat Position

Partner WOD - In Teams of Two Complete the Following:

"SHARE BEAR"
30 min. AMRAP

400m Run
20 DB Thrusters (45/25)
20 Burpees

Partners alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time.

Partner A will run 400m, Partner B will perform 20 Thrusters, Partner A will perform 25 Burpees, and Partner B will run 400m and so on for 30 minutes.
