In Teams of 2 Complete the following:

Run 400m together
50 HSPU
100 SDLHP (2/1.5)
50 KBS (2/1.5)
100 HR Push Ups
50 T2B
100 KB Goblet Reverse Lunges (2/1.5)
Run 400m together

*Break up the reps as needed.
*Only 1 person may work at a time
