Mobility: Shoulders/Ant. Hips/Warm Up Each Movement

In Teams of Two Complete the Following:

15 min. AMRAP
10 Front Squats (115/75)
10 HSPU

3 min. rest

15 min. AMRAP
10 S2OH (115/75)
10 Pullups

*Only one partner can work at a time. 
*Can break up reps however you like but both partners MUST do some of each set of exercises.
