Mobility: Ant. Hips and Shoulders

Partner WOD - In teams of two complete the following:

30 min. AMRAP

400m run
30 KBS (1.5/1)
20 Power Cleans (135/95) 

Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time. Thus, Partner A will run 400 meters, Partner B will perform 30 KBS, Partner A will 20 Power Cleans. Then Partner B will run 400 meters – and so on for 30 minutes.
