Mobility: Shoulders/L-Spine

Partner WOD - In teams of 2 complete the following:

"BACKDRAFT"
30 Min. AMRAP

5 Squat Clean (135/95)
10 Pullups
15 Burpees

*Partners must alternate tasks. 
Partner A completes 5 Squat Cleans then Partner B completes 10 Pullups. Partner A performs all 15 Burpees. Then Partner B performs all 5 Squat Cleans and so on.
