WOD - SATURDAY 3/11/17

Partner WOD:

In Teams of Two:

100 Alt. Box Jumps
100 Alt. Front Squats (95/65)
100 Alt. Burpees
100 Alt. S2OH (95/65)

Each partner will have a barbell, facing each other.

Partners MUST alternate each rep. to get the work completed.

No one can perform two reps in a row - even if the partner needs to rest.
