Mobility: Banded Shoulders and Lats

PARTNER 25 min. AMRAP:
3 Power Snatch (95/65)
6 OHS (95/65)
9 SDLHP (95/65)
12 Lateral Bar Over Burpees

Partner 1 - Runs 400m
Partner 2 - Does AMRAP while Partner 1 is running.
When Partner 1 returns, they tag off and contine the AMRAP while Partner 2 Runs.
