Mobility: Hamstrings/Lats

In Teams of 2 Complete the Following:

Partner "EVA-ish"
5 Rounds for Time:
800m run
30 KBS (2/1.5)
30 Pullups

*Partner #1 performs 400m run, tags Partner #2 to peform 400m run. 
*Each partner must perform 15 of 30 KBS before moving to Pullups.
*Each partner must perform 15 of 30 Pullups.
*Can break up sets as needed. 
*Cannot start KBS until both Partners are in from run.
