Mobility: Shoulders/Hips

In teams of two complete the following:

100 DB S2OH(45/25)
100 DB Thrusters (45/25)
100 DB Rev. Lunges (45/25)
100 DB 1 Arm Snatch (45/25)*

Only one person can work at a time.  Must complete the work in order
.
*Every time you switch partners or DBs touch the floor, both perform 5 Burpees
