Part A: 10 minutes Ring MU drills:
(False grip, Pull to chest, Turnover, Kip to Dip, etc.)

Part B: Two Sets not for Time with empty barbell or dowel:
5 BTN Snatch Push Press
5 OHS
5 Sots Press
5 Snatch Balance

Part C: 6 sets of:
1 Power Snatch+
1 Overhead Squat + 
1 Squat Snatch
*escalating weight, start at 60% 

Part D: “WORKIN' MY WEAKNESSES”
21 HSPU
15 Squat Snatch (95/65)
9 MU
*sub MU turnover + ring dip
