In Teams of Two Complete the Following:

40 Clean & Jerk* (115/75) 
80 Wall Balls (20/14)
400m Run together
50 OHS* (115/75) 
400m Run together
80 Wall Balls (20/14)
40 Snatches* (115/75) 
*While partner hangs from bar
*May break up reps however you like
*Partner MUST be hanging from OH bar where feet cannot touch, before reps can start

Flexibility: Hips/Quads/Calves
