Mobility: Shoulders/Wrists

Part A: Skill Work
12 mins. Handstand drills
Handstand Hold - kick up
Handstand Pushups - strict/kipping/deficit
Handstand Walk - Shoulder Taps

Part B: Every 5 minutes with 2 mins. rest between exercises:

1. 500m row - Max HSPU
2. 400m run - Max KBS (2/1.5)
3. 75 DUs - Max Pullups

Score each exercise.
