In Teams of Two Complete the Following:

Part A: “LUMBERJACK 30”
400m Run
30 KB swings (2/1.5)
400m Run
30 OHS (115/80)
400m Run
30 Burpees
400m Run
30 C2B Pullups
400m Run
30 Box jumps (24/20)
400m Run
30 DB Squat Cleans (45/30) 
400m Run

*Can break up reps however you like.
*Both partners must run 400m together.

Flexibility: Lower Back/ Ant. Hips/IT Bands
