Partner WOD:

In Teams of Two complete the following:

12 min. AMRAP
500m Row
15 Wall Balls (20/14)
15 Box Jumps (24/20)

3 min. rest into

12 min. AMRAP
400m Run
15 DB Thrusters
15 Med Ball Box Step Overs (20/14) (24/20)

* Teams can start at either couplet.
* While Partner A completes the Row or Run, Partner B completes the AMRAP.
* Partners pick up where other partner left off in the AMRAP
*Row and Run do not count as a rep.
