Mobility: Hips/OH Position/Warm up All Movements

In Teams of Two Complete the Following:

Part A: 12 min. AMRAP
4 Power Cleans (115/75)
6 Front Squats (115/75)
8 S2OH (115/75)

5 mins. rest into

Part B: 12 min. AMRAP
4 Power Snatch (95/65)
6 OHS (95/65)
8 Lateral Bar Over Burpees

Partner 1 does all reps then Partner 2 does all reps of the complex.

1 Round = Both partners complete all reps of the complex.
