Mobility: L-Spine/ Hamstrings

Part A: Rowing Technique Drills

Part B:  "ROW, ROW, ROW"
3 Rounds for Time:
Row (1000m/800m)
*Partner with someonw about your pace and switch immediately.
*Do not reset rower in bewtween so time will be for 6000m/4800m
*Males-if you can row 1000m in under 5 mins you will Rx the full 1000m, under 5 min will scale to the 800m option.

Part C: 50 GHDSU or 100 Butterfly SU
