Mobility: Hips/Lats

In Teams of Two Complete the Following:
15 min. AMRAP
200m Run
15 Wall Balls (20/14)
10 Pullups

*Partners alternate tasks
*Must complete all reps before next partner starts next exercise

5 mins. rest into

Three Rounds for Time:
10 DB Manmakers (50/35)
20 DB S2OH (50/5)
30 DB Front Rack Forward Lunges  (50/35)

*Break up reps between partners however you like
*Only one partner can work at a time

Flexibility: Shoulders/Glutes/Hamstrings
