Part B: 16 min. EMEOM
Min. 1: Cal Row (15/12)
Min. 2: 2 Alt. DB Turkish Get ups (50/35) - each side
Min. 3: 16 1-DB Alt. Reverse Lunge in Front Rack (50/35)- 8 ea. side
Min. 4: 20 1-DB Russian Twist - total
