While the team completes a 5k row:
100 KBS (2/1.5)
100 KB SDLHP (2/1.5)
100 Wall Balls (20/14)
*One person must be rowing at all times until the 5K row is complete.
*Break up reps of movements as needed. Only one person (other than rower) works at a time.
* Must complete exercises in order.
