Mobility: Posterior Chain/Shoulders

Partner WOD - In teams of two complete the following:

30 min. AMRAP
300m run
20 Deadlifts (135/95)
10 S2OH (135/95)
 
Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time. Thus, Partner A will run 300 meters, Partner B will perform 20 Deadlifts, Partner A will 10 S2OH. Then Partner B will run 300 meters – and so on for 30 minutes.
