Mobility: Warm up Movements

Partner WOD - In Teams of Two Complete the Following:

25 min. AMRAP

10 Thrusters (95/65) 2Rx (115/75)
200m Run
10 SDLHP (95/65) 2Rx (115/75)
20 Box Jumps (24/20)

Partner #1 must complete all reps of the exercise before switching.  For example, #1 completes all 10 Thrusters, then #2 completes the 10 Thrusters. #1 runs 200m, #2 completes runs 200m and so on.

*Partners MUST tag before switching tasks
