Back Rack/Front Rack Stretch
5 Back Squats
5 Front Squats

Part B:  Power or Squat Clean (use new 1RM for %)
Set 1 – 6 reps @ 60%
Set 2 – 5 reps @ 70%
Set 3 – 4 reps @ 80%
Set 4 – 3 reps @ 85%
