In Teams of Two Complete the Following:

200m Plate Carry (45/25)
100 G2OH (45/25)
200m Plate Carry
100 OH Reverse Lunges
200m Plate Carry
100 Box Step Overs w/Plate

*Each partner must plate carry and tag to switch
*Break up reps of 100s as needed
*Plate must be above waist height on Box Step Overs
