Mobility: Posterior Chain/Shoulders/Warm up Movements

In Teams of 2 Complete the Following:

Part A: For Time:
2000m Row
*while partner holds top of Deadlift (185/135)

100 DB Thrusters (45/25)
*while partner holds BB Front Rack Position (135/95)

100 DB Box Step Overs (45/25-24/20)
*while partner hangs from Pull up bar.

*Partners can start at any position but must complete all reps before moving to the next exercise.
