10 Bent Over Light Plate Ts & Ys
5 Push up Plank to Elbow Plank each side

Part B: 15 - 12 - 10 - 12 - 15
Bench Press

Part C: Three Sets not for Time:
5 DB Renegade Row w/Push up
10 DB Chest Fly on floor
12 DB Bicep Curls together
15 Tricep Bench Dips
