Min. 0-6: Cal row (40/32) then 40 ft. Back Rack Walking Lunges (135/95)

Min. 6-12: Cal row (30/24) then 40 ft. Front Rack Walking Lunges (135/95)

Min. 12-18: Cal row (20/15) then 40 ft. OH Walking Lunges (135/95)
