Mobility: Ant. Hips/T-Spine

Part A: Four Sets not For Time:
15 Leg Levers off Rack
10 DB Bulgarian Split Squats ea.
45s Couch Stretch ea.
10 Ring Rows

Part B: "SALLY SQUAT CHALLENGE"
Back Squats from the floor (135/95)

Every "Bring Sally down" you squat down and hold until you hear "Bring Sally up."
Repeat for the duration of the song.

Part C: Death by Pushups
*Upon reaching failure, do 1/2 of last number reached each minute until everyone is out.
*Stay at the top of the Plank Position the entire time, even between push ups/minutes.

Flexibility: Lower Back/Ant. Hips/Lats
