Mobility: Posterior Chain/Ankles/Shoulders

In Teams of Two Complete the Following:

For Time:
1000m Row
100 Burpees
1 mile Run
100 Box Jumps (24/20)
Partner Holds Wall Ball the entire time (30/25/20)

*Can break up reps as needed
*The Wall Ball can never touch the floor
*Both partners must run the mile together and can exchange Wall Ball as needed
