Partner WOD - In teams of 2 complete the following for time:
400m Run (both alternate -new route)
500m Row (both alternate)
60 Front Squats (135/95) 2Rx (155/105)
100 DUs (both) (scale 25 attempts)
50 Burpee Box Jumps (30/24)
*Only one Partner can run or row at a time
*Reps can be split up however you like - can split on DUs but both must complete 100.
*Can start at any couplet but must finish all reps before moving to the next.
