Mobility: Hips/Shoulders

Partner WOD:
In Teams of 2 Complete the following:

4 Rounds for Time:
6 DB Front Squats (50/35)
9 HSPU
12 DB Reverse Lunges (6 each leg 50/35)
15 Pull ups

Partner #1 must complete all reps of the exercise before switching.  For example, #1 completes all 6 cleans, then #2 completes the 6 cleans and so on.
Complete 4 rounds total.
