Mobility: Warm up movements

Partner WOD - In Teams of Two Complete the Following:

15 min. AMRAP
10 Hang Power Snatch (95/65)
10 OHS (95/65)
10 Burpees

5 min. rest into (put BB away)

15 min. AMRAP
10 KBS (2/1.5)
10 KB Goblet Squats (2/1.5)
10 KB SDLHP (1/1.5)

*Partner A will perform 10 Snatch, Partner B will perform 10 OHS, Partner A will perform 10 Burpees. Then Partner B will start with 10 Snatch and so forth. 
*Same with KBS, Goblet Squats and KB SDLHP.

Flexibility: Ant. Hips/Lower Back/Shoulders
