In Teams of Two Complete the Following:

30 min. AMRAP
In teams of two complete the following:
500m Row while partner holds an elbow plank then:
20 Wall Balls (20/14)
20 Box Jumps (24/20)

Team members can break up reps however they like with only one member working at any one time. Partners can split the 500m row but one HAS to be in elbow plank hold before the rowing starts).
