Mobility: OH Position/L-Spine/Hips

In Teams of Two Complete the Following:

Part A: 15 min. AMRAP
10 Power Cleans 95/65)
10 Front Squats (95/65)
200m Run

3 min. rest into

Part B: 15 min. AMRAP
10 S2OH (95/65)
10 SDLHP (95/65)
200m Run

*Partner 1 must complete 10 Power Cleans, then Partner 2 must complete 10 Power Cleans and so on until both alternate the run = 1 Round.
*Same for Part B.

Flexibility: Lower Back/Glutes/Quads
