Part A: Two Sets Not For Time:
10 BB RDL
10 BB Bent Over Row
5 Muscle Clean
Back Rack/Front Rack Stretch
5 Back Squats (first set)
5 Front Squats (second set)
(can use light weight for all)

Part B:  6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2
Clean (Power or Squat)
*escalating weight
*no dropping between reps until set of 2 - reset immed.
*work up to 90%

Part C: Four Rounds for time:
10 Hang Power Clean (155/105)
60 DUs (18 attempts)
