In Teams of Two Complete the Following:

Part A: 8 min. AMRAP
20 KBS (2/1.5)
20 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
20 Burpees

3 min. rest

Part B: 8 min. AMRAP
16 KBS (2/1.5)
16 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
16 Burpees

3 min. rest

Part C: 8 min. AMRAP
12 KBS (2/1.5)
12 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
12 Burpees

*Partners can break up reps however they like.
*Team members MUST use the same KB and Box. 
*Team members MUST tag/fist bump on EACH transition between sets and exercises.
