200m Run Partner 1
200m Run Partner 2
20 Thrusters (95/65)
200m Run Partner 1
200m Run Partner 2
20 SDLHP (95/65)
200m Run Partner 1
200m Run Partner 2
*Partner not performing work MUST hold MedBall the entire time (20/14)
*MedBall can NEVER touch the floor - 5 Burpee Penalty immed.
*Can break up reps as you like but both must alternate the 200m Run
