WOD - SATURDAY 4/13/19

Mobility: Shoulders/Hips

In teams of two complete the following:

100 DB Shoulder to OH (40/20)
100 DB Thrusters (40/20)
100 DB Lunges (40/20)
100 DB 1 Arm Snatch (40/20)*

Only one person can work at a time.  Must complete the work in order.
*Every time you switch partners or drop the DB's = 7 burpees by BOTH partners
