Mobility: OH Position/L-Spine/Hips

In Teams of Two Complete the Following:

Part A: 15 min. AMRAP
20 Wall Balls
200m Run
15 T2B

3 min. rest into

Part B: 15 min. AMRAP
20 KBS (2/1.5)
200m Run
15 KB SDLHP (2/1.5)


*Partner 1 must complete 20 Wall Balls, then Partner 2 must complete 20 Wall Balls and so on until both alternate the 15 T2B = 1 Round
*Same for Part B.
*MUST TAG BEFORE SWITCHING
