1s. Pause above the knee
1s. Pause mid-thigh
*focus on form and proper positioning

Part B: 10 min. EMOM
1 Squat Clean
*escalating

Part C: For Time:
50 Front Squats (135/95)
*every time you drop the bar run 200m
*no back rack to rest
