Mobility: Hamstrings/Shoulders

Partner WOD - In teams of 2 complete the following for time:

400m Run (both)
50 G2OH (135/95)

500m Row (both)
50 Front Squats (135/95)

100 DUs (both)
50 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

*Both must complete the endurance part of the couplet, one partner then the other - reps can be split up however you like. Can start at any couplet but must finish all reps before moving to the next.
*TAG when switching

Flexibility: Lower Back/Ant. Hips
