In Teams of Two Complete the Following:

500m Row ongoing
8 Power Cleans (135/95)
8 Front Squats

4 mins. rest into

12 min. AMRAP
400m Run ongoing
8 S2OH (135/95)
8 Pullups

*Partner A performs 500m Row/400m Run while Partner B is completing AMRAP
*when Partner A finishes or returns, Partner B performs 500m Row/400m run while Partner A picks up where the partner left on the AMRAP
*500m Row/400m Run is continuous.
*Partners tag when switching
