Mobility: Hamstrings/Shoulders/ Ankles

In Teams of Two Complete the Following:

30 min. AMRAP
250m Row
20 KB SDLHP (2/1.5)
20 KB Goblet Squats (2/1.5)

Partners alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time.
Partner A will perform 250m Row,
Partner B will perform 20 SDLHP,
Partner A will perform 20 KB Goblet Squats,
then Partner B will perform 250m Row – and so on for 30 minutes.

Flexibility: Lower Back/Ant. Hips/Calves
