Mobility: L-Spine/ Hamstrings/Hips

Partner WOD - In Teams of 2 complete the following:

100 Calorie Row
200 DB Front Rack Reverse Lunges (40/25) 2Rx (50/35)
300 Butterfly Situps

Can start at any station.
Can break up the reps however you like but only one partner can work at a time.
Must complete all of one movement before moving to the next.
